You can not use the SPTD SCSI transport in exclusive mode

We will add this functionality into StarBurnX.

How can I use SPTD/SPTI feature by making setup on any user machine?

Install SPTD layer I guess. And alter your code to use CreateExEx instead of CreateEx and use a bit different device enumeration. Check the samples.
