StarBurnX Initialization Error

Hello Support,

One of my customers complained me that my software which they are using not starting and is giving following error:
"System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException, Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {B756C224-A1EA-44F8-95C1-9F726040C800} failed due to the following error: 80040154."
This error is coming to my code line of
starBurnX = New StarBurnX()

Can you please explain me, what might be the cause of this problem and how to solve this problem? What steps should I ask him to follow?

Hello,

It seems the StarBurnX.dll is not registered!! Perhaps the StarBurnX.dll was moved to another place after the your app was installed?! So your customer should try to register the StarBurnX.dll manually using the regsvr32 utility!

Hello Support,

I got your answer.
1) But is there any other way by which I need not have to depend on Customer to register the StarburnX dll.
2) It may happen that one may not be that much expert to register the dlls.

Do this automatically inside your application installation process.
