Hello

It seems you are using the old StarBurnX dll .. :|

So .. you should:

1) Manually register the new StarBurnX.dll (call the regsvr32 util from the command line);
2) Remove the refrence on StarBurnX.Interop from your project
3) Add new reference on StarBurnX as COM reference!!

Regards,

Dmitry

Hello,

You can turn off the Collision detection using the StarBurnSDK only :( .. The StarBurnX does not populate this functionality now but we will add this functionality to the StarBurnX in the next update!

Dmitry

In the current dlls I am using now. I think the discussed property is added.
But there are 2 properties as 1) DisableCollisionsDetection 2) AutoResolveCollisions.
But, I am not clear with both newly added properties as no help is with me. Please provide me some help so that I can use this by understanding the functionality and expecting results.
Using DisableCollisionsDetection problem is solved. File addition is speeded up. Previously it was taking 4-5 hours and Now it is taking only 10 sec.
I was not expecting this much reduction in time. :o
That's great!!!
I cannot tell you in words, how much I am HAPPY because of this!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Hello

1) DisableCollisionsDetection - this function sets collision detection to disabled (TRUE) or enabled (FALSE). If collision detection is enabled (by default ) -
every new file added to ISO9660 or Joliet file tree would be checked to have unique name. If such a file already exist -
special event would be raised so user would be able to either replace or rename new or old file.
However if collision detection is disabled - no comparison and no actions would be performed. File would be just added to
the destination file system image AS IS, having it's original name!!!

2) AutoResolveCollisions - the conflicted file/folder will be automatically rejected (without any notifications ) if AutoResolve mode is set!

This function is experimental and can be modified in official release!

Regards,

Dmitry
