create DVD movie from AVI files

can starburn create dvd movie from set of avi files
if yes then how and any example to do so .. we also need chapter creation feature.

StarBurn SDK does not have MPEG4 -> MPEG2 re-compression and DVD authoring. We only do DVD mastering and burning. You have to go for extra library set (probably from MainConcept) to do this.

thanks for the reply can u confirm me if lets say i get a software which can create TS folder or VOB files then StarBurn can use that and create DVD Movie
is that correct assumption.
also can u let me know if MainConcept have .NET based library, which can create TS folder with chapters and all wihout any UI and user intervention.
