#1 Burning Software

Hello Support,
1) I am using LG drive HL-DT-ST-DVD-RAM GH22NS30 with latest firmware update.
2) While fetching disc information by StarBurn Core sample for Video CD, unexpected crash occured and I had to restart the computer several times when I am trying for this same Video CD.
3) Specially when I moved to the page with Supported Read Mode information, this unhandled crash is coming in Core Sample. I guess there is some problem to fetch supported read modes.
4) Even Supported Read Speeds list is also empty for this combination.
5) I am developing an application using StarBurnX Grabber class, where I have to Copy Video CD. So for this I am assigning Read Mode to Disc-At-Once PQ and make MDS image of this Video CD.
6) After calling GrabDisc function application hangs. No exception is catched and I had to restart the computer.
7) Hence For the same combination I had checked StarBurn Core sample, same problem there also.
I have moved to different drives but for any Video CD only with this drive I am getting this crash. So I guess there is compatibility problem of StarBurn with this drive.
9) I have tried with different Operating Systems like XP and Vista with the same drive. Still getting crash with only this drive.
10) Is the problem clear to you? I am attaching logs with this post for more details. Will you please kindly look into the problem?

Can you reproduce the same sample with StarBurn console C sample (any)?
