You'll have to download latest public build (they are all the same now, only personal keys are different -- done to ) and write us request for personal key. It would be e-mailed to you immediately.
You've sent you're support request e-mails this Sunday morning. Most (read -- NEARLY ALL) of the companies DO NOT work on holidays. If we would be Microsoft f.e. you would not have your e-mail even read, stay away from responded and actions performed till at least Monday evening (your local time). I do not understand what you're complaining about.
