Hello Dima Sir,

1) In Version12 DataBurner of StarBurnX there is a major problem in getting size of added folder. It was working perfectly in V10.5 of StarBurnX.
2) I added a folder of size 75MB and then removed the added folder after removal also it shown me used space as 75MB.
3) After a close observation, while debugging I found that size of that folder is reported as 109 KB.
4) You can observe this in DataBurner sample of StarBurnX.

Waiting for a build.
Thank you Sir.

Hello Dima Sir,

While using this newer build. I observed that the reported problem (at the start of this topic) is solved in normal case. But this problem is still there for the folders which are imported from disc.(i.e. size of imported folder is reported as 0).

Problem:
1) Import Data from disc.
2) Then size of DataBurner is reported as, DataBurner.Size = 0 .
3) For any folder imported from disc also size is reported as 0.

Will you please kindly look into the problem.

Imported content does not occupy space in the tree so "Size" of zero is correct in this case.

Hello Sir,

1) I am using DataBurner class. In the previous versions V10, V10.5, size of an imported folder is fetched by using DataBurner class which is exactly equal to the size of that folder occupied on the disc.
2) I have checked this behavior in previous versions of StarBurnX & it is the same as explained in this post.
3) Will you please kindly look into that.

Thank you.

Thank you Sir.

So for all the folders, which are imported from previous session of a multi-session disc. The size will be reported as 0. Am I right?
Will you please kindly clarify this?

Suggestion: This can be included in StarBurnX Help file as a note under DataBurner class's Size property.

Exactly! They don't occupy space in the built tree as they are already on the disc, so their size should be zero. StarBurn has another member variable "ImportedSize" and this size tells how much space particular
file has on the disc IF IT'S IMPORTED.
