#1 Burning Software

Hi there.
I try to burn an image (most code adapted from the SDK samples) and get the following failure:

props->LastErrorMsg {"Device disconnected:
Device [Vendor:HL-DT-ST, Product:DVD-RAM GH22NP20, Revision:1.02] was changed or disconnected" (1)}

after a call to : ActiveImageBurner->Burn(props->IsTestMode);

pDrivePtr.Attach(pDrive); before the call works so Iam a bit confused..
I must admit I took out most of the callbacks GUI related code since my testcode doesnt show any dialog but I guess that cannot
cause this problem.

Also the weird thing is that (my adapted) ValidateData validates the usual stuff on the drive without any problems.
Can someone give me a hint what goes wrong here?

When ActiveImageBurner->Burn(props->IsTestMode); gets executed I get a

I have a full log and can submit it.

You did not initialize StarBurn SDK core I guess.

I to try create a multithreaded app (DoBurning will be executed in a seperate thread) could that be a problem at all?

I need full log and not stripped down version to know what you do wrong.

I have fixed it.
Indeed (due to the multithread realisation) the object was destroyed right after I initiated the Burn.
So thanks for pointing me into the right direction
