I have a user where the initialisation of StarBurn does never finish, and it does not seem to write a log file in this case. Is there anything I can do to diagnose the problem?

Hello,

You should turn on the logging!! I guess the log file will be created!!

What OS is he running? What apps are installed and active (especially antivirus software)? Can you ask him to export the list?

The OS is Win7, will try to get info about the running apps.

Hello,

Possible problem in Roxio burning tool (see in list RoxioBurnLauncher.exe).
Try to uninstall Roxio tool from PC.
Can you provide as with log from client (in email please post link to this thread).

P.S.
We will try to reproduce collision with Roxio product in out test lab.

Hello,

Could you try to check this issue with a different transport layers ( SPTI, SPTD )?
