Don't know, you didn't tell me that you fixed it. I'll check again.

Excellent!!

Did you check this issue for both SPTI and SPTD?

Regards,

Could it be that this issue is not yet fixed for Blu-Rays?

I attached a log file (secure erase attempt) from a user who said:

Quote:
When I'm using Panasonic BD-REs (LM-BE25WE), secure erase doesn't seem to work right at all as it only lasts a few seconds (the same amount of time as fast erase).
Medium Information of the blank disk says total and free space both 23,31 GB.
This doesn't change doing a fast erase. If I'm doing a secure erase (always with eject&reload), I get total and free space of 23,06GB. This isn't changeable doing a fast or secure erase.
I can reset the disk capacity to 23,31GB using ImgBurns Full Erase.

Full erase of BD-RE still only takes a few seconds. Does not seem to be fixed.

Re-working erase method for pseudo direct access devices completely. Stay tuned.

We'll do it for sure. Progress is being currently re-worked.
