1. StarBurn_CdvdBurnerGrabber_GetSupportedMediaFormatsExEx
last parameter is p__PBOOLEAN__IsDVDPLUSRDLWrite - the boolean variable that will receive is device capable of writing DVD+R DL discs or not.

2. Query DISC_TYPE. There is a new type - DISC_TYPE_DVDPLUSR_DL (DVD+R DL (Double Layer))
