 Post subject: Importing session from existing Blu-Ray disc fails

Importing session from existing Blu-Ray disc (BD-RE) fails with error "unknown file system". See attached log for details. Why is this happening?

Interestingly, when reading the disc file system from the disc info it says "unknown" which probably shouldn't happen either.

It's normal situation when disc contains UDF file system previously burned with another burner ( not using StarBurn API ).
UDF is very flexible and same situation you can got with other burners also.
If you can grab ISO image of problematic disc and upload first 2mB of its, i'll analyse layout and tell you more.

Actually, this disc has been burned with StarBurn, so it should work.

Oops... Can you prepare a 2-5 first megabytes from ISO image of this disc?
Need to analyse.

I will try to get one, but don't know if the user will provide it at this point because it's been quite a while since I posted the issue.

:( I cannot solve issue without data to analyse, it's non reproducable on my environment :(
