Hi, is there a minimum volume level or track length? We tried to burn a track that was 7.4 seconds of quiet sound (max amplitude -25dB). Disc-At-Once. We got the following error message:
-- CStarBurn_StarWaveFile::RealRead(): StarWave_CompressedFileReaderObjectRead( 0x0223BAA8,
0x031F098C, 58800 ) failed, status -2147023900!!! --
(This is just for reference, I understand you can't comment on the specific error without the log, I don't have access to the logs unforutnately).
When we changed the track to 8.4 seconds (same volume) it works fine! This error is fully consistent, so is there: a: A minimum track length? b: A minimum volume? c: A combination of the above, i.e. does it ignore sound below a certain level, therefore truncating the track, which may be an issue if there is a minimum track length?
Many thanks, and thanks for a great product. Ian.
ps I was going to add the mp3 but mp3s aren't allowed to be uploaded.
