Hi Anton,

No problem, just let me know as soon as it's ready. Thanks.

Chris, not yet (hate myself for this!). Should be from day to day. Honestly!

P.S. If we'd publish list of things we've fixed in this one you'll stop using our software :)

Hi Anton :) ... any idea when the release is coming ? :) ... Don't mean to rush you, just that my app is awaiting release and I need the new Starburn to complete it.

I hope all the fixes won't introduce any new bugs :)

Thanks,
Chris

Chris,

please grab latest 5.4.19 build from download section. It has kindly pointed bug fixed (now when you'll try to burn data to multisession DVD-RW you'll not get error). Also I've added StarBurn_CdvdBurnerGrabber_GetLastTrack(...) API call. So now you'll be able to get highest possible track number to import. Please give this stuff (esp. new API call) a try. If you'll find it useful - we'll add it constantly and would update documentation (for now you'll have to look at TrackAtOnceFromTreeWithImport sample).

And sorry for delay! :(

Hi anton,

I read this topic.
I am using StarBurnX. I was looking for the same. Is there any way to find out the maximum limits for the sizes of the various discs you support. There is no any way even from help also to get to know maximum size of data that will fit on different discs.

Really a big problem. Though I am burning upto a level, I am not getting to know in advance the will the disc be full. So at least 5 MB space remains.

The topic was discussed much before. So I think you might be having a good solution or a list or table of capacity.

Thank you in advance. :)

There are no pre-defined size constants inside StarBurn SDK. So you do get "free space" before burning as it really depends on 1) what disc type you have 2) what was recorded to this disc before 3) burning mode (single or multisession) and so on.
