The problem is - I did not change anything related to the DVD recording part of the code! So we have either different media (even from the same pack) or some of the "phantom" bugs
Whatever updates you did to the latest version (5.5.26) seems to have fixed the problem!
Is this the version you did your testing on I wonder?
It was not a 'cheap media' problem as I tested with verbatim dvdr which usually never fail for me.
After reading your last post I tested again on version 5.5.17 and had exactly the same problem....I then updated to v5.5.26 - used the same media, same recoreder and same ISO file and it worked perfect.
