Hi,

We made appication with StarBurn SDK.
And in case of error, application had record log.

Some users sent log file as follows:

Quote:
successed : Check device
successed : StarBurn_CdvdBurnerGrabber_Create()
successed : StarBurn_CdvdBurnerGrabber_ProbeSupportedWriteModes()
successed : Check to support TAO mode
successed : StarBurn_CdvdBurnerGrabber_TestUnitReady()
successed : StarBurn_CdvdBurnerGrabber_GetBUP()
successed : StarBurn_CdvdBurnerGrabber_SetBUP()
successed : StarBurn_CdvdBurnerGrabber_GetSpeeds()
successed : StarBurn_CdvdBurnerGrabber_GetTrackInformation()
successed : StarBurn_CdvdBurnerGrabber_GetDiscInformation()
successed : StarBurn_CdvdBurnerGrabber_SetCDTextItem()
failed : StarBurn_CdvdBurnerGrabber_TrackAtOnceFromFile()
CStarBurn_ScsiTransportASPI::ExecuteCDB(): Command failed

I'd like to want to know why this error occurred.

Regards.

Data you've provided is senseless. You need to issue us with debug output logs (see the forum how to catch them - was discussed millions of times and I would not tell it over and over again). Then we'll be able to tell what you've did wrong.

I'm sorry.
I registered StarBurn.reg in /reg folder, but log file is NOT made. :roll:

Of course, the contents of register is as follows:
Quote:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Rocket Division Software\StarBurn]
"DebugFacility"=dword:00000001
"DebugFileName"="C:\\StarBurn.log"

I already checked to make it sure whether register is good written, with regedit.
I can't understand this situation.

Change DebugFacility"=dword:00000001 to 00000003, apply the registry and make sure you run binaries from DEBUG directory (not RELEASE).

Thank you so much.

While I'm working on, I would use some SDKs.
Generally speaking, many company used to reply slowly.

But, in case of your company(and staff), I'm impressed by quick response and kindness.

Regards.

Larger company (or particular division) is - slower wheels are rotating inside it. It's a law :) We're comparably small and thus mobile. However it's also passes quite a time before we're releasing fixes to particular problems found and code user's feature requests...
