TrackAtOnceFromTree not work on a DVD drive

Hi:
TrackAtOnceFromTree not work on a drive which identified by starburn as '16X12 DVD DUAL 1000', the VendorID is empty( not recognised ).
When using startburn to burn a DVD Video to a DVD-R media on that drive, StarBurn_CdvdBurnerGrabber_TrackAtOnceFromTree failed and the error info is:exception 8, status 31, text 'CStarBurn_ScsiTransportASPI::ExecuteCDB(): Command failed'.
Please Help.
