If you're using OCX edition you just need StarBurn.ocx (StarOpen.sys is optional if you need CD/DVD devices access w/o Admin rights for your application), properly registered. If you're burning VCD/SVCD with OCX you'd also need StarBurn_VideoCD.iso and StarBurn_SuperVideoCD.iso template files. If you don't burn VCD/SVCDs - don't ship them with your app.
Alex would update us on next OCX update. For general StarBurn - we've already missed "official release date" (24nd of February) so expecting to have new born child from day to day
