I had sent a mail to Alexander earlier which had the following Observations :

I wrote around 120MB of data into a CD and the results were:
TotalSizeInLBs 737277952 (703 MB)
FreeLBs 584605696 557 MB

If TotalSizeInLBs is equal to the total size of Written data, then the observations for the CD fails.

I wrote about 3MB of Data into a DVD
TotalSizeInLBs 0
FreeLBs 4685940736 4.3 GB 4686301184


i felt that the TotalSize shown is 0 for a DVD , because the data added was very small in size. So i added a 1.3 GB of data into the DVD and the results were as follows:
TotalSizeInLBs 0
TotalSizeInLBs 3480930304 3.2GB


Also, why does the DVD always show me 0 as TotalSizeInLBs?

That was a bug. Now we've added TotalSizeInLBs and UsedLBs properties and after passing QA we'll send the update to you. Thank you for pointing this out.
