Hi!

I got troubles with console samples of starburn sdk 6.6.30
I created a VC6 project and I am still getting some unresolved externals.

What am I missing?

FindDevice.c
Linking...
FindDevice.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _StarBurn_Destroy@4
FindDevice.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _StarBurn_GetDeviceNameByDeviceAddress@20
FindDevice.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _StarBurn_CdvdBurnerGrabber_GetSupportedMediaFormatsExEx@28
...etc.

Thanks!

..и когда я в настройках линкера, в список library modules добавляю starburn.lib, получается вот такая штука ->

--------------------Configuration: FindDevice - Win32 Release--------------------
Compiling...
FindDevice.c
Linking...
starburn.lib : fatal error LNK1136: invalid or corrupt file
Error executing link.exe.

FindDevice.exe - 1 error(s), 0 warning(s)

не подскажете ли как исправить?

заранее спасибо

I can bet you've used Borland C++ Builder .lib file. Use MSVC and check DataBurner as it's the only VC6 compatible sample.

P.S. And please don't use Russian as most people don't read it. Thanks!

Sorry for my russian. :)
About your assumption I can tell, that it incorrect. my linker have win32-release settings and I use static(release) library for msvc. but I tried also static(debug), dynamic(static and debug) libraries and even library for CBuilder :)) but it hasn't given effect.

have any ideas about it?

Did you try to build DataBurner sample?

So did it work for you? In such a case use DataBurner project file as template one for your VC6 thing.
