Sorry for stupid question, I 'm not familiar with CD burning.
Can I calculate CD disk read errors with StarBurn SDK ?
I need to check already burned CD surface quality, (something like Nero CDSpeed)?

Use VerifyXxx API calls. Check for TrackAtOnceFromTree/File samples on how to do this.
