1) Is your DVD media really recorded? :)

2) Would you please check the FAQ on how to generate debug logs and please send them to support@rocketdivision.com with some of the comments (so we would know you are you).

I'm pretty sure everything is quite simple and we'll be able to help you ASAP.

Thanks!

Did not get anything yet :( Did you write from the e-mail you've used to register on the forum? Did you confirm within our spam killer system? As I cannot find anything related to this topic neither in the Inbox nor in Spam box...

According to the log you've sent you're trying to grab the image from the DVD emulator (old Alcohol or Daemon Tools) w/o actual media inserted. Is it you who did not select proper device or is it us who have bug in the ImageGrabber sample? :) Thanks!

Remove all virtual devices from the machine and try again.

Iguess,

please write letter to me, and I reply to you letter with fixed source of MFC Image Grabber sample and fixed StarBurn.dll.
I think problem was in incorrect detecting of blank state for some DVD disc types. Now this bug corrected in StarBurn.dll which I'll send to you.
