Hi

I'm trying to get to the bottom of some DVD write failures. What i would like to know is, how bad an idea would it be to ship the Debug DLL's with a version of the app?

IOW how much slower do the debug DLL's run. For instance, if you ran them without Debug logging enabled would they function as well as the regular DLL's.

Or do I need a good slapping :?

It's not bad idea. It's good idea. Debug libraries of the StarBurn use release RTL. It's only logging system enabled in them. That's the only difference...

You'll not see any difference as there's no heavy logging inside time-consuming loops.
