I use Starburn 9.5. The problem is that I only see a virtual drive.
My actual 2 DVD drives are not visible. I'm using XP Pro SP2.
In Alcohol 120% which I tried as well the same problem occurred, but there it was solved using standaard Windows XP mode to detect devices.
What can I do to see and be able to use my DVD devices in Starburn.

Hello,

Please, can you do next steps:

1. Open folder with StarBurn logs
(Path for example
C:\Program Files\Rocket Division Software\StarBurn\Wizards\Logs
or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Rocket Division Software\StarBurn\Wizards\Logs)
2.Send to me StarBurn.log file from this folder.

Do you happen to have an ftp? We can provide you with the own account on our ftp server.

I can use FTP, so if you tell me login info I can put the log file into the wanted folder. However, using another account maybe worked, as this time I didn't receive an error. :)

I've finally got the logs from your other e-mail and forwarded them to Andrew. Thank you! :)

I've wondered what the solution is to this since I have the same problem. My cd drive shows up no problem but my DVD drive does not - even though in the documentation it is supported (all three green check marks). My log file shows the device at (0) not found - I believe, but without checking, that my DVD drive may be 2nd in the scsi chain when hooked to my mother board, if that helps; otherwise my system is the same as the guy who posted this. So, what was the solution for this person? Thanks.
