Path length 107 char limit for grabbing audio

When I grab audio using GrabTrackAsAudio() in StarBurnX, I get an error if the path specified is longer than 107 chars. It's pretty easy to get a full path longer than this and it seems like an arbitrarily short length. Is there a reason for the 107 char limit?

Dima had applied ISO9660 length restriction to the generic FS pathes. This is wrong and will be fixed.
