#1 Burning Software

I choose recording SDK for the systems based on Windows PE now.
When I burn a data disc with test application it gives problems. The buffer status are always at minimum levels. The Recorder spins at the right speed (16x) but the burn process is extremly long (burning 5% on a DVD it took more than 6 minutes, without the verification).
Do you have any recommendations or solutions in this case?

PE (original from MS and multiple clones) worked fine. Start with grabbing StarBurn log and sending it back to us.
