how to rip a dvd

so i decrypted the dvd onto my computer. but it put it into a zip folder so i extracted all of the files. the folder came up titled VIDEO_TS. how am i able to watch this on the computer can how can i burn it to a dvd?

1) You need software DVD player to do it. Google a bit and you'll find a lot of commercial and even free ones. I'd go for MPlayer.

2) Use Video Burning Wizard to burn DVD-Video from VIDEO_TS folder as a source.
