Hello,

I am using the .Net version of the SDK and just started today. I am moving away from the IMAPI interface of Windows if possible. However, what would be the method for getting all of the supported media types of a drive? For example, if it can burn CD's DVD's etc?

Thanks.

I guess StarBurn_CdvdBurnerGrabber_GetAdvancedSupportedMediaFormats(...) API call is your best friend :) Use it either directly or thru StarBurnX wrapper (from your request it's not clear are you using OCX with .NET or not, BOTH configurations are supported).

I am using VB .Net (VS 2008). If you could provide an example of that API call that would be great. Unfortunately .Net has spoiled me so I am not that good with API calls directly.

Thanks in advance!

Nevermind. It looks like the DiscInfo example shows how to do this. Great examples in the SDK by the way.
