StarBurn won't burn dual Layer DVD-Video on my LG GSA-4167B internal IDE drive (which has latest firmware update).

I see that this drive is not listed in 'StarBurn_SupportedHardware.pdf', although it is a common drive. Nonetheless it is recognized by the Video Burner Wizard for each of the 3 types of SCSI Transport which can be set.

I have tried all 6 possible combinations of the 'SCSI Transport' settings and 'Send Optimum Power Calibration (OPC)' checkbox. In all cases, the program displays the following, then ejects the disk without burning any data to it.

I can burn DVD Video with a program by another manufacturer (using the same data files). Ahead InCD is installed on my machine, but for testing I removed its processes from system Startup and disabled its helper Service, so its presence should not be an issue.

Please advise on anything I can do to make DL DVD-video burn successfully.

The log file is reprised below:

Further info: StarBurn burnt a single layer DVD Video just fine using the default settings. I am using quality (TDK) DL media. I tried burning to two different blank DL disks with the same unsuccessful result as described in my previous post.

Hello,

What version of StarBurn you use?

For problem analysis we need StarBurn logs.
Please do next steps.
1)Delete log files from folder
"..\Program Files\Rocket Division Software\StarBurn\Wizards\Logs"

2)Reproduce situation with DL media.

3) Send to me new log files from folder "..\Program Files\Rocket Division Software\StarBurn\Wizards\Logs"
