Rocket Division Software today announced their spin-off of its StarWind iSCSI Target solution into a new company, StarWind Software Inc. Rocket Division, will continue to serve the market with the StarBurn family products, while StarWind Software will be offering StarWind and StarPort storage software for corporate customers. StarWind Software received its first round of investor funding, led by ABRT Venture Fund, to expand their product offering capabilities, expand the management team and grow sales, channel distribution and marketing efforts.
