#1 Burning Software

Hello Support,

While burning an ISO image on the R/W disc. I got following error. I tried to re-produce this error with samples. It is not simulated so I can not provide log file. But error I am getting is as follows,

For the same drive the same problem is for all the bulds I am using. I am using SONY DVD RW DRU-820A drive.

Let me remind you, for the same drive Grabber class's Audio disc grabbing process is also failing,which I had already reported to you in another thread.
I think this might be a problem with drive. Will you please kindly look into the problem (if possible with same drive)

Please provide complete burn log. Too many reasons why it happens.

I tried to simulate the problem with Debug login. It was simulated so I got the logs and sending these log files.

Thank you, we try to reproduce this with this drive and media type.
But all this situation seem like drive have problems with getting information from some media and cause of problem not in software.
Are you try to write this disc with other burning software?

As per your instructions, I tried to simulate the same problem with same drive, disc, image file and verification potion selected in Nero software, but it did burning of that image file properly on the disc with that drive. Even softwares developed in .NET like CDBurnerXP gave the same results.

So I guess problem is something else.

For normal data burning also while verification the same error occurs.

No. Works fine.

Should I send any extra information about failure for verification process?

Experiment with the other media. And send a couple of 100% reproducable logs.
