hi,
is it possible to get device scsi_TargetID from starburnX?
If not, is it possible to identiy univocally a specific drive?

No. We don't use them internally, only symbolic link names.

Also please keep in mind: USB & FireWire burners don't have SCSI path. So if you'd keep some tracking logic inside your app it will be non-unversal.
