 Post subject: Difference between DataBurner and UDFDataBurner

I am using DataBurner class for burning data contents on all types of discs. So is it possible to do the same using UDFDataBurner? Is there any difference and any problems doing so ? In which scenarios UDFDataBurner should be preferred over DataBurner?
What are the advantages I will get using UDFDataBurner?

First one is ISO9660/Joliet and second one is UDF.
