I need the log to find out what's wrong in every case. For that case I know what to do and I'll apply a patch after I'll be done with what I'm doing ATM. Unfortunately there's no "generic" thing here so I need to check every case independently...

In that case just forget I mentioned it and work on the problem I already sent you logs for. If after you fix that this customer still has a problem then I'll send her a debug build of StarBurn and tell her how to turn on the logs.

I've sent you the link to the RC facing this issue (DVD+R burning). Please give it a try and spawn a new thread if you'd still have issues. For now I'm moving to the DVD-Video playback issue
