I have emailed you, but since not getting any answer I am posting here.

We are using StarBurn SDK to burn DVD Video discs. Recently we have enabled dual layer discs and have received a report from the customer claiming that the disc burned with our app does not play properly on a DVD player. The same data burned with a different burning software play properly. He has even attached the image I attach to this email that may explain something.

Do you have any idea what might be going on?

We did not get anything from you. Make sure you've bothered yourself to authorize thru our spam killer.

Known issue. StarBurn does layer brake to maximize disc capacity. Good idea for data but bad idea for video. Will be fixed some day.

I have never received any confirmation request. Strange.

So there is no possible workaround?

1) Then you've used wrong e-mail.

2) Not at this moment. We'll take a closer look after V10 will be officially released.

I've checked my notebook and there's a reply from me to you. I'll write data tags tomorrow when I'll be back in the office.
