IUDFDataBurner can't burn files to same dir, help~

Hi,

I'm using ActiveX Component (StarBurnX) of StarBurn SDK v12 (in winxp_sp3). I want to burn two different files to one same folder on dvd, but these files are not burned at the same time. Since my app need support Chinese folder name, I use IUDFDataBurner other than IDataBurner.

I do these things:
1. init StarBurnX and IUDFDataBurner
2. IUDFDataBurner.AddFile "1.txt" file to "\test\" folder on dvd.
3. Set some parameters of IUDFDataBurner (LockTray=true, Mode=TAO, WriteSpeed=MaxWriteSpeed, NextSessionAllowed=true, others keep default).
4. IUDFDataBurner.Burn, and exit the app when burn complete.
5. Manually eject the drive and load, then check if the file is burned, result is ok.

Then, I start the same app again, and do IUDFDataBurner.AddFile "2.txt" file to "\test\" folder on dvd. There are no error or special info during the burning process, but I can not find "2.txt" file in "\test\" folder after I eject/reload the driver.

Hello Ani,

1) NOTE: You CANNOT change content of DataBurner object after this object has been burnt ... so you must create new DataBurner object and append new data;

2) What you really have found on the disc after the second burning?

3) We will try to reproduce this situation;

hi dima~

yes, i know IDataBurner/IUDFDataBurner can't be used twice, so i create and use new IUDFDataBurner object every time.

after the second burning, i found only "1.txt" in the "\test\" folder of dvd.
i used IUDFDataBurner::ImportTrack(-1) method to import the last track in my code.
if i do not import last track, only "2.txt" in the "\test\" folder and all i burnt before are disappear.

i could submit some C# 2.0 demo code if you need, but my app is written in VC++.

So .. it seems import does not work properly

... we will test this issue.

Which version of StarBurnX do you use - x86 or x64?

Try the latest update of StarBurnX link was removed UDFDataBurner should be fixed
