Problematic hardware...

Ladies and Gentlemen,

one of our customers has constant problems with some of the CD burners. We cannot get hands over them here (they are quite rare and are totally out of stock) so we'd like to ask you: can you purchase and send us (of course we would 100% compensate you) or just sell your own (of course we need devices to be working) problematic hardware? Here is the list:

1) HL-DT-ST 4240N (notebook CD-RW/DVD combo, can be found under DELL and Compaq name)

2) RICOH MP9200A (CD-RW/DVD combo)

Do not lose your chance to update your system and help RDS staff in making StarBurn software better

Wow! That's impressive! Also I think DHL from Poland to Ukraine would not cost RDS half of the year budget

Anton, you got me wrong -- I was only expressing my wish that you got things fixed. We do not have this drive, it is our customers from US.

We don't have such a hardware around. It's OEM only model.

We've ordered this drive and waiting (7-10 days) for it's delivery here to Ukraine from UK. Would keep you updated. Thanks!
