Hi,
I'm new with StarBurnSDK and I have a little problem that you would probably find stupid.
I have tried to use the GetTrackInformation function with the invisible track argument and with a single session CD, but it doesn't work.
Is it a fault of mine or is it normal?
In the second case how can I get the used space on the disc?
Thanks in advance.

1) To be 100% sure what's wrong we need a StarBurn log. Please see FAQ on how to generate one and send it back to the support@rocketdivision.com

2) In your case 99% probability (see 1 - you did not provide the log yet...) you have one session but CLOSED disc (not appendable any more) and in such a case getting invisible track info fails - there's no invisible track at all.

Thanks a lot for your reply.

yes, I have one session and closed disc.
So I cannot use the invisible track, but how can I get the used space?

Read and analyze the TOC.

Ok. Thanks a lot. Your help has been very important.
Unfortunately now I'm trying to solve another problem.

I'm using the getDiscInformation function.
I obtain a structure DISC_INFORMATION that has a filed m__UCHAR__DiscStatus [0=empty, 1=incomplete, 2=complete].
I'm using this function on a virgin blu-ray and I have m__UCHAR__DiscStatus = 2.

Would you be so kind to help me to fix the problem?

Blu-Rays, DVD+RW, DVD-RAM and formatted DVD-RW are always writable (like a hard disk). So they are always "incomplete".

P.S. And please ask separate questions in the separate threads. In the other case you'll make a mess from our forum. I'm closing this thread.
