Look... We don't have any return codes indicating "drive is not supported". So from your description of the problem I have no clue ABSOLUTELY about what's going on wrong... Would you please make your customer grab complete StarBurn debug log (check the FAQ on how to generate it), zip the log and send to
support@rocketdivision.com. In this case we'll be able to solve the issue with virtually no assistance from your side. Thank you!
