DVD Files not found

I tried to burn a DVD on starburn, and it goes through the burning with no problems. When I look under the DVD you can see the darker lines which means something was burned, but when I try to play it or even try to see the files on my computer it says the DVD it blank. I have wasted many DVD's because of this... what can I do?

What StarBurn version you use?

We need full log files to detect problem, if it's possible please do next steps:

1)Run Burn Video wizard and try to burn DVD disc.

2)When burning finished don't close wizard.
Click "Send Report" button and send generated email.
In letter body write some info about your problem, it's necessary to distinguish your report form other.
