Why does PowerArchiver still install SPTD v1.81 when installing the PowerArchiver Virtual Drive even on Windows 10? PowerArchiver includes both PABURNER16.DLL v13+ for Windows Vista or later and STARBURN.DLL v12 for Windows XP. Is STARBURN.DLL v12 the last version that supports XP.

1) No idea! We have no relationship to PowerArchiver and we OEM SPTD stack from DuplexSecure pretty much like P/A guys. Contact any of them (both?) to address your issue but either way it's not our one. Sorry about that

2) Nope. Most recent version of StarBurn / SDK support Windows XP as well.
