SPTD error

StarBurn_CdvdBurnerGrabber_CreateExEx returns the following error:

CStarBurn_ScsiTransportSPTD::CStarBurn_ScsiTransportSPTD(): SptdUserGetPlatformInfo( 0x00000000, 0x00113434, 0x00113418, 0x00000000 ) failed, status 5 ( 0x5 )'

Any idea what does it mean?

Do you have SPTD layer installed on the machine?

The customer claims that it is installed.

Are you sure StarBurn DLL is signed? I mean did you ship the one working for you?

Yes, he used regular installation that is working for everybody else. We asked him to reinstall and he did with no difference.

Make him also install latest SPTD version from Duplex Secure home site. It helps
