1) ASM for version 7.2.20 expired ~ February 2008. You may use ancient versions as long as you can but we cannot afford to ourselves to support them b/c of the obvious reasons (we release updates & bugfixes not just for fun...). Please update to the most recent one to get support. Download is public. I\ll ask key manager to send you new format unlock key.
2) Posting logs on forum is not the best idea. We've kindly asked not to do this here:

Also please DO NOT edit logs and "remove junk". Logs are for us and not for you. What you think is junk could be probably not.
3) Message you've sent to
support@rocketdivision.com has no log file attached. Please make sure to include one as we cannot proceed w/o it.

I was careful to edit the log file down to remove a lot of extraneous junk - it was too big to post - but I will email you the full version. Tread a little more lightly, why don't you? Your product is important to me and my little enterprise.
