#1 Burning Software

Hi,

I'm hoping you can help with this. StarBurn_CdvdBurnerGrabber_DiscAtOncePQFromFile is failing with SCSI error code 0x71, sense code 0x03. Any idea what this means or why this might be? The user reports that Music Match can burn to the drive OK and that burning with StarBurn has recently stopped working. I have made the usual suggestions about media and cleaning the lens of the drive. Anyway, I hope you can be of some help. Full log file follows.

DAO16 is not really well supported these days so please try to use DAO96 if possible. From your log it sounds like the drive had lost streaming. Try firmware update if you want to stick with DAO16.
