Is it possible to write to a blank DVD-RW disc using true disc-at-once mode?

When I run the demo imageburner program and insert a blank DVD-RW disc, the only option to use is track-at-once. If I insert a CD-RW then the full range of options is available. But I need DAO writing mode for a DVD-RW disc.

I tried it using Nero, and although Nero seems to indicate that the disc is being written using disc-at-once, it seems to be a track-at-once operation as the lead-in does not get written until the data track has been completed.

I need to write to a DVD-RW where the lead-in gets written first, then the data track, then the lead-out. Is this possible using the StarBurn SDK?

Thanks.

TAO, DAO and SAO make sense for CD-R/RW media only. DVDs are always written in so-called DVD DAO.

Turn "Next session allowed" OFF and you'll have single session DVD and "true" DVD DAO.
