Is there a way to create an ISO image for the whole disc. ( not just for a track)?

ISO - it's the format for one track only. If you grab two sessions in one file and then burn them in the one session you will see only first session. Second will be lost.
That is why there is another format MDS, which contains the information about number of sessions and tracks. Check our sample GrabDisc to see how to grab MDS.
