#1 Burning Software

A user of my product tell me that can not find his usb dvd burner on his computer.Am I missing someting on handling this kind of device.My seaching device code is from your sample code "finddevice".here is his log file.It seems that the program did not even try to search the device.

1) Grab newest StarBurn SDK version. Your current one is more then 4 monthes old.

2) Does this USB burner has drive letter assigned? I mean does OS "see" it itself?

3) If 1) and 2) would not work for you we'll send you special version of ASPI layer with extended debugging information enabled.

According to log both devices drive letters were found (\\.\F: and \\.\G:). However for USB DVD burner \\??\ style symbolic link was reported first. I'll check user report prorities ASAP.

is mount point exactly as drive letter is. Just for you we'll change names report order and would report ALL of the symbolic links, not the first one we've found. Is it OK for you?
