1) bad DVD-Video data (you did not patch IFO files or just writing junk)
2) badly closed disc (it MUST be closed and recorded in single session mode)
3) DVD player does not accept this media.
4) Make sure you're using at least 4.9.1 version of StarBurn. Previous ones had some issues with cheap no-name devices
Generally speaking it's recommended to run PHILIPS DVD-Video verifier against mounted image before recording and production DVD-Video disc.
