Hello!

Our client have following problem. When he trying to write data on 8x DVD+RW discs, the error occurs: "StarBurn_CdvdBurnerGrabber_TrackAtOnceFromFile() failed, exception 8, status 31, text 'CStarBurn_ScsiTransportASPI::ExecuteCDB(): Command failed'".
With 4x DVD discs all OK. Do you have any idea?

Why don't you provide me with a debug log of the StarBurn with detailed information? In such a case I'll be able to tell what exactly wrong and how to fix it. For now you're making me GUESS. Thanks!

Looks like drive has problem with this particular media brand... Can you burn to the same media type/brand with this drive with other burning software? Say Nero?

I'd recommend flashing latest firmware to NEC and playing with different DVD+RW media brand. If it would not help and say Nero would work just great - please drop me a message to anton@rocketdivision.com and we'd try to find a workaround for you.
