I've currently got my program burning a gapless audio CD with disk at once. Can I create and ISO file instead of burning the tracks to disk? Do you have examples of this? I'm using VB 2005.

There is a sample in the Console section of the SDK folder called BuildImage that shows you how to do this. Basically what you do is setup up your disk as you normally would, but instead of calling DiskAtOnceFromTree you use a loop and consecutive calls to the StarBurn_ISO9660JolietFileTree_Read function to read the data into a buffer and then output it to a disk file.

Dan, you seems to be confused with OP "ISO" terminology misuse :) He wants to save audio tracks and calls resulting image ISO (Single session data track always). So for using data CD/DVD you're correct. For AudioCD - no. We don't allow users to save multi-track AudioCD compilations.

So if I can't just save my audio CD to and ISO file, can I create a disk then rip it to an ISO image on the hard drive. We have a duplicator that works off a ISO image and I'm trying to work with that.

Did I understand the previous posts correcty. Save and ISO image only works for data disks?

Yes you can. Rip & burn it with RAW Session-At-Once as MDS image. SessionAtOnceRawRawPW is what you need.

Yes of course.

It was told to you in my first statement. "ISO = single data track image".
